The Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors promotes the highest standards of professional practice in the Party Wall expertise and expands the knowledge and study of all matters to do with Party Walls and encourages the exchange of information and ideas amongst its members.

Set up by Colchester Borough Council to manage its housing. CBH is owned by Colchester Borough Council but managed by a board composed of members drawn from tenants, leaseholders, council nominees and independents.

The Association for Project Safety is a leading professional institution in the field of construction health and safety risk management and they improve and promote the professional practice of design and construction health and safety risk management. They play a leading role in helping the industry meet the many challenges of implementing CDM2015 effectively and proportionately, and driving the new focus on health.

The National Trust is a charity founded in 1895 to preserve the Heritage and Open Spaces throughout England, Wales and Northern Ireland. They look after, restore and protect coastline, forests, woods, fens, beaches, farmland, moorland, islands, archaeological remains, nature reserves, villages, historic houses, gardens, mills and pubs and open them to everyone.
