With nearly 25 years of experience in administering the Party Wall etc. Act 1996, we’re here to assist you. Whether you are planning a home extension, loft conversion, or basement project, Robert Turner Associates can provide you with professional and tailored guidance.
Architectural Services:
Our services include, complete refurbishments, property conversions, and de-conversions, extension design, loft conversions, project management, including contract administration, CAD draughting and precise measured surveys to hand-drawn and 3D CAD presentation visualisations or renderings.

Expertise in Dispute Resolution
Here at Robert Turner Associates our open and proactive approach to dispute resolution is built on decades of experience. While formal disputes are rare,we haven’t had any formal dispute since trading. Our principles include:

- Empower at the appropriate level to make decisions.
We also operate a formal two-stage complaints handling procedure. For unresolved issues, clients may access dispute resolution services through CEDR or the RICS Dispute Resolution Service. However, we are proud to report for business to business appointments we’ve never needed to escalate a complaint to these services to date.
Our Company History
Our founder, Robert Turner, brings over 20 years of surveying experience, including a First-Class degree with honours from Anglia Ruskin University, professional recognition from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in 2009, and affiliation with the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors (FPWS).
