Robert Turner – Chartered Building Surveyor & Party Wall Expert
Ba(Hons), BSc (Hons), AaPS, MFPWS, MRICS - Director - Chartered Building Surveyor and Party Wall Surveyor
Robert has worked in the Building Surveying sector for near to 25 years. In 2006 he formed Robert Turner Associates Limited, a privately owned Chartered Building Surveying Practice.
In 2006 Robert graduated with a first class Bachelor degree in Science at the Anglia Ruskin University. In 2008 he became a full member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors and in 2009 a full member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Later in 2016 he became an associate member of the Association for Project Safety (APS).
Robert’s specialism is Party Wall matters under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996. He accepts instructions from both building owners and adjoining owners from a variety of domestic and commercial clients on small residential projects to multi-million mixed use developments in central London.
Robert also enjoys keeping his hand in the architectural side of the business and relishes hand drawn perspective presentation drawings and detailed three dimensional hand drawings dissecting properties revealing and analysing forms construction typically used for presentations, reports and quinquennial and condition surveys.
It is his professionalism and efficiency that Robert prides himself on the most.
