Mattia Penazzi – Architect & 3D Modelling Specialist

An integral member of the RTA team, Mattia Penazzi is our resident architect. 

Mattia is a specialist in 3D modeling and photo realistic 3D rendering. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for precision his role responsibilities here at RTA include, 2D and 3D design and drafting for client projects, precise planning drawings and building regulation drawings, in addition to submission of planning and building regulation applications. 

Mattia possesses a comprehensive range of architectural skills to support both public and private sector projects from initial concepts to regulatory approvals.

Within his role Mattia combines technical expertise with creative vision to deliver designs that are not only functional but also visually compelling. With a focus on collaboration and effective communication, Mattia ensures that all stakeholders are aligned throughout the design and development process, fostering seamless project delivery.
